When I wish upon a starI have seen 2 shooting stars in my lifetime. The last one was in December, as I left work. I closed the door, exhausted and worn not just from work, but from life. I had grown weary of it. As I reached in my pockets to find my keys, something caught the corner of my eye. I looked up to see a star shooting across the western skies, a leaving a trail of golden flame in it's wake. It was so beautiful, it lit up my eyes, and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I stood there in awe, and watched it fly across the sky, and it was gone just as fast as it appeared. In the brief time it graced my sight, I made my wish.When I wish upon a star

The Last DayIt was just another day for him. As his eyes opened an awkward smile etched itself onto his face. It wasn’t your typical smile, it was the look of someone who’s happy about something that maybe they shouldn’t be happy about. The smell of bacon was in the air.
